Alarm Verification

False alarms are the most troublesome aspect of any security installation. By deploying a RoboResponder™ autonomous mobile platform into your environment, alarm conditions can be quickly verified or confirmed non-threatening. With Suprex®Technology, the robot is integrated into the existing security, access control, and CCTV system. When an alarm condition is detected by the panel, the robot is automatically dispatched to the area. Once there on-board sensors can confirm the presence of smoke, heat, or flame as well as send live audio and video. A subsequent "confirmation" signal can be sent to the central station via the alarm panel.

Asset Tracking

"Where's that laptop?" With an autonomous mobile platform performing security or courier tasks within your building, RF-ID tagged items can be tracked and located. The Asset Tracking option displays the current location of specific items on a map... created and maintained by the robot! The information is integrated into any existing building management or security system with Suprex®Technology.

Facility Management

Did we mention the map? A highly accurate, dynamically maintained map of your facility is created and maintained by any of our autonomous mobile robot solutions. Using this map, information is collected and plotted as the robot executes is normal courier or security tasks. Blocked isles, malfunctioning safety lighting, water on the floor (or on the ceiling), temperature, WiFi coverage, cell phone coverage, are but a few of the environmental parameters recorded by the robot.
